Jana Sankalpa Seva Charitable Trust (R) — ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರ ಆಶ್ರಮ — is a registered charitable organisation dedicated to uplifting the destitute, elderly, and differently-abled in and around Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District.
Founded by Smt. Jyothi C., the Trust has become a beacon of hope — offering shelter, nutrition, healthcare, and dignity to those who need it most. Recognised by the Karnataka Government for exemplary service to the disabled community on World Disability Day 2016.

On 3 December 2016 — World Disability Day — the Karnataka Government (Bengaluru Rural District) honoured Smt. Jyothi S. for rendering exemplary service in the field of disability welfare.

On 15 December 2021, Smt. C. Jyothiravaru was conferred the prestigious "Praja Seva Kannadada Ratna" award at Nelamangala Kannada Habba – Karnataka Rajyotsava, organised by Karnataka Janaseva (R).

On 19 February 2023, the Trust hosted a special memorial offering at Sri Bisavanna Devara Matha, Nelamangala — a tribute to the ideals of equality and social harmony inspired by Basavanna.

🏠 Niraashritara Ashrama Expansion
Registered as NMG-4-00016-2024-25, the Trust expanded the Ashrama — providing shelter, food, clothing, and care for the elderly and destitute. Regular community meals now reach hundreds of beneficiaries monthly.

Our Mission
To provide free shelter, nutritious food, healthcare support, and emotional well-being to the destitute, aged, and differently-abled through sustainable community partnerships, government collaboration, and volunteer-driven programmes — upholding Kannada culture and the value of seva.
